The Blades have reportedly made an enquiry this summer over the availability of Norwich City striker, Teemu Pukki.
The Finland international was relegated with the Canaries last season despite impressing in the Premier League with a number of fine performances for Daniel Farke’s men.

And according to the Express and Star, United have expressed an interest in Pukki this summer.
However, the Blades are not the only club said to be keen. Wolves, Leeds, West Brom, and Aston Villa are all also said to have asked about the former Celtic man.

But a move seems unlikely as things stand, according to the report. Norwich are expected to keep hold of Pukki, although a January switch isn’t being ruled out for the 30-year-old.
Pukki has over 80 caps for his country and would bring pace, power, and experience to the Blades frontline.
One that was mentioned by many, Pukki would definitely be welcome at The Lane
As soon as Norwich were relegated, the names of Pukki, Cantwell, and Buendia were mentioned by plenty of Blades fans in and around the city.

And rightly so. Pukki enjoyed a good season last term with Norwich, despite seeing the goals dry up somewhat after he got off to an electric start for the Canaries.
With United struggling to sign a forward, it’s no wonder we have asked about Pukki. However, it seems he is staying put so we need to move on and move on quickly.
Depending on how things are looking in January, this could definitely be one we revisit in the winter months.
