Sheffield United’s academy has a rich history of developing future first-team players from the club’s Under-21 squad throughout the years. So, who are the Blades’ current group of talented prospects?
First-team manager Chris Wilder can unleash Sheffield United academy products including Daniel Jebbison and William Osula at Bramall Lane today. Two Sheffield United legends in Billy Sharp and Phil Jagielka also came through the youth side to make it as senior players.
Sheffield United’s latest group of academy players represent the Blades’ U21 team in the Professional Development League. Michael Collins’ squad play most of their home fixtures at Chesterfield’s SMH Group Stadium. While Bramall Lane hosts a selection of Sheffield United’s academy games, too.
