Ravel Morrison is set to complete a move to the Netherlands by signing for ADO Den Haag, according to reports coming from Europe.
Football Oranje claims that Morrison is set to sign for Den Haag on a free transfer, bringing an end once again to his spell in England. The move comes following a spell with the Blades last term which culminated with an equally as disappointing spell on loan with Middlesbrough.

The Dutch outfit were previously managed by well-known Premier League manager, Alan Pardew. In addition to Pardew, Blades fans will be aware of Den Haag after former Blade Mark Duffy had a spell with them last year.
However, like Morrison’s spell at Bramall Lane, Duffy struggled to make any sort of impression on Holland and is now at Fleetwood, with former Blades Paul Coutts and Ched Evans.

For Ravel, it is once again a chance at restarting his career. After spells in Norway, Italy, and England, the former Man United prodigy will be hoping to settle into life in the Netherlands under another well-respected English coach.
Hopefully this is it for Ravel Morrison…
…but we say that with a lack of belief and of the firm opinion that it will just end up being another case of deja vu for the midfielder.
Not that we don’t want him to well, far from it. We’ve advocated Morrison on here more than once and wished he’d had enjoyed more success at Bramall Lane.

However, given the optimism we had 12 months ago, it’s almost like we get the feeling Den Haag are in for a similar ride with ‘Ravel’. Chris Wilder, Alex Ferguson, Neil Warnock are just three top managers who have failed to crack the code when it comes to Morrison.
With a bit of luck, Morrison might finally find his feet over in Europe!
