Wilder has made no secret of his desire to see things done his way in the summer and into next season. However, it seems the apparent disagreements with the board haven’t been sorted and Talksport now claim Wilder is on his way out.

The Blades boss would leave United at the bottom of the Premier League after a memorable four and a bit seasons in charge.

Most Sheffield United fans were keen on the Blades boss staying put but it seems that a decision is close when it comes to Wilder’s future.

It remains to be seen if the news will be confirmed by the club but for now, based on this report, it seems Wilder’s time with the Blades is coming to an end.
