Predicted Sheffield Utd XI v Manchester United: Brewster starts, Lundstram returns

Things don’t get any easier for Sheffield United as they take on Manchester United this evening.

The Blades will be hoping that 13 proves to be the lucky number at Bramall Lane, with it now being 12 without a win this season in the Premier League.

Chris Wilder will once again have a number of selection calls to make.

Oli McBurnie could miss out, while Wilder must decide whether to stick with Phil Jagielka at left centre-back or move Ethan Ampadu back into a deeper role.

John Lundstram is also someone who could push for a recall after missing out at Southampton, while Rhian Brewster and David McGoldrick will be hoping to replace the potentially injured McBurnie.

Picking a predicted XI for the clash is a tricky one, but we think McGoldrick’s experience could be used, while Brewster could finally get the nod from the off with Lys Mousset not quite ready.

Here, then, is our predicted Sheffield Utd line-up for the visit of Manchester Utd tonight.
