Manchester United are coming into the game with the Blades this weekend with a mini injury crisis of their own it seems.
With Sheffield United having a wealth of injury issues at the moment, each upcoming game looks harder and harder. This past few weeks has seen Chris Basham, Tom Davies, and John Egan all ruled out with long-term injuries.
However, it looks like this weekend’s visitors are in the same boat when it comes to their first-team.
Sofyan Amrabat could miss Manchester United v Sheffield United
The Red Devils have a number of players out for the game, some of which are squad players in the main.
However, a report from Alayam24, relayed by United In Focus, has now suggested that new signing Amrabat is unlikely to feature at Bramall Lane this weekend.

Amrabat, who could eventually cost Man United £25m if he signs permanently, had just started to make in-roads into making himself an established member of the first-team.
However, he has failed to overcome an injury problem while on duty with Morocco this week and it now looks like that problem could keep him out of this weekend’s clash with the Blades.
Sheffield United News View: It’s not just us it seems
There does seem to be a spate of injuries occuring across the Premier League at the moment. And this seems to be among a number of clubs, not just Sheffield United.
The problem Paul Heckingbottom’s men have is that the United squad is so small compared to other Premier League sides that it impacts us a lot.
Nevertheless, Amrabat being missing from Man United’s midfield does represent a bit of a boost for the Blades in terms of that midfield battle.
Amrabat’s combative style would have been difficult for the likes of Norwood and Souza to play against so if he is missing, it should suit the Blades.
Of course, Man U have plenty of talent to call upon still. Players like Scott McTominay and Casemiro will be available, so it’s not the end of the world for Erik ten Hag.
