As detailed by the official Manchester United website, Erik ten Hag has yet to drop points against a team promoted from the Championship the season prior.
The Man United boss won all six fixtures last season against Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest and Fulham, while he has carried on that run so far this year by beating Burnley.
The Red Devils also beat Brentford and Norwich the season prior, before Ten Hag took over.
Certainly, then, the incentive is there for the Blades to ensure the visitors don’t push that impressive record into double figures this weekend.

So far, the performances and results have been nothing short of dire. A few decent showings have seen us be unlucky with the result – such as against City and Tottenham – but on the whole, we’ve been well-beaten in most games.
A clash with Manchester United on a cold and wet Saturday at The Lane could be just what this squad needs.
If ever there was a time to step up and show your worth, it’s now. The Red Devils have a host of players coming back from international duty and the Blades will hope to start fast to try and catch the visitors out.
