Iliman Ndiaye makes surprising claim about Sheffield United's Rhian Brewster

Sheffield United striker Iliman Ndiaye has named Rhian Brewster as the funniest and loudest member of the Blades dressing room right now.

Brewster is currently out injured and won’t return between now and the end of the season. However, he can be seen on the pitch at the end of home games and is often first in line to congratulate the players who have played.

Of course, Brewster has had a torrid time since arriving for around £20m. After working hard to get back fit and into some sort of form, the former Liverpool man pulled up injured at Preston earlier this season and hasn’t returned since.

However, that’s not stopped Brewster being involved off the pitch. And speaking in an interview for SoFoot, fellow forward Ndiaye admitted that the 23-year-old Brewster is such a funny personality.

Why Chelsea FINALLY Turned A Corner.

“I would say Rhian Brewster. Everything he does is crazy. He’s the loudest in the locker room, he’s screaming, he’s funny. If he has already made a joke on me, hidden business? No, they don’t laugh with me. (Laughter.) They know me!,” Ndiaye said.

Ndiaye has had a memorable season in Brewster’s absence. The Senegal star will lead United at Wembley tomorrow as the Blades look to upset Manchester City.

Sheffield United News View: Brewster can come back and contribute

At the moment, it’s looking like £20m not very well spent by Sheffield United. But you do have to feel a tad sorry for Brewster.

He was just coming good and seemed to have turned a corner when he got his latest injury. There was a hint in those performances before being struck down that showed the talent we all thought we’d bought.

The key for Rhian now is to work his way back to fitness and have a big summer. If he can impress in training, prove his fitness, and kick on, it could well feel like a new signing for United.
