Manchester United are the visitors to Bramall Lane this weekend as Sheffield United return to Premier League action.

After an international break which has seen more bad injury news confirmed for United in the form of John Egan and Tom Davies, Paul Heckingbottom will be happy to get back to the football.

A tough night awaits, though. And predicting the game for Sky Sports, Roy Keane and Gary Neville have both gone for similar stories under the lights at The Lane.

Neville and Keane predict Sheffield United v Manchester United

Speaking about the game on the The Overlap, both Keane and Nevile believe it’s another loss for the Blades, with Keane believing goals are on the cards for the away side.

“United all day. I’m going to say, I’ll give one up. Probably go three, or even 4-1. United fans travel well. They’ll have a great craic with the pubs on the way over. You know what, 4-1, it’s going to be one of them nights,” Keane said.

Neville then added a simple ‘2-1 to Man United’.

Sheffield United News View: No surprises here

Two former Red Devils aren’t going to go against Manchester United here are they. And at the end of the day, you can’t really deny their logic.

The Blades are in woeful form while Manchester United have an abundance of players who can hurt us.

4-1 might be a bold call from Keane but with the rate the Blades concede chances and shots on goal, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see that scoreline come to fruition.

Of course, you never know in football and the Blades might just turn up and do the business. But with the likes of Rashford, Hojlund and Fernandes licking their lips at our leaky defence, it’s going to be a tough task to secure any sort of result.
