Sheffield United loanee Dean Henderson has spoken openly and honestly about his future.
The goalkeeper put in a fine performance at the weekend during the 2-2 draw with Rotherham United.
In fact if it wasn’t for Henderson the Blades could easily have lost the Championship encounter.
After the match the 21-year-old, who is on loan from Manchester United, discussed where his career is going.
“All I’m focused on is getting Sheffield United to the Premier League,” Henderson told the Sheffield Star. “Nothing else.
“That’s my aim this year, the bigger picture looks after itself. If they (Manchester United) don’t see what I’m doing, that’s their problem at the end of the day. Cream rises to the top.
MORE UNITED STORIES
“We’ve got a great group and a great chance (of going up). I wouldn’t swap our team for anyone else.”

Can United retain Henderson?
It is highly likely that the Blades would want to bring the ‘keeper back to Bramall Lane for the 2019/20 season.
Henderson himself would be keen on the move as well it seems, judging by these most recent comments.
However, the youngster has already enjoyed an impressive rise through the divisions. Last year Henderson helped Shrewsbury Town to an unlikely promotion push from League One. He has now made the step up to the Championship seamlessly.
With all this talk of promotion, is there a chance that unless United do go up to the Premier League this term, Henderson will simply head there without them?
Whether that would be at Old Trafford or not is debatable, with David de Gea among the best stoppers in the world. Then there is Sergio Romero, Lee Grant and Joel Pereira behind him.
But Henderson would probably fancy his chances of joining another top flight team. The Blades may need to be among them to have any hope of re-signing the England Under-21 international.
