Blades boss Chris Wilder has confirmed that on-loan goalkeeper, Dean Henderson, will remain at the club until the end of the season.
With David De Gea out of sorts at times this season, some Manchester United fans have called for the club to bring Henderson back to Old Trafford.

Henderson has kept seven clean sheets this season as the Blades have climbed to sixth in the table. He came in for some criticism yesterday as United drew with Watford at Bramall Lane. The stopper was seemingly hesitant as Gerard Deulofeu rolled into the bottom corner to give the Hornets the lead.
But speaking ahead of the Blades’ trip to Manchester City, Chris Wilder delivered some good news for Blades fans.
MORE UNITED STORIES
Henderson has been in fine form ever since moving to Bramall Lane. This is his second spell with the club after helping guide United to promotion from the Championship last season.
News of him staying put with the club will no doubt go down well with the Blades supporters as we head into the January transfer window.
Mid-season boost for Sheffield United
Without even entering into January yet, this is a massive boost for Sheffield United. Henderson has cemented the number one spot in the last few seasons and deservedly so.
Simon Moore and Michael Verrips will continue to push him. However, it’s clear that Dean Henderson is the main man when it comes to Chris Wilder selecting his goalkeeper.

Henderson has made big progress under the guidance of Wilder. Another six months or so under the Blades boss will do him no harm whatsoever. His future will probably lie at Old Trafford, but Sheffield United is the next best place for him.
At a key point of the season, Chris Wilder delivering a timely boost when it comes to Dean Henderson is good news for the club.
