Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang saw red for the Gunners once again failed to win this afternoon.
The Gunners drew 1-1 with Crystal Palace this afternoon. However, after opening the scoring, Aubameyang then saw red in the second half for a late challenge.

There doesn’t seem to be any way that Aubameyang will be able to appeal the decision either. It was, in fairness, a shocking challenge on Palace midfielder Max Meyer.
The decision means Aubameyang will now miss the clash with the Blades next weekend. It’s a bitter blow for Arsenal and Mikel Arteta, who would have been hoping to have a full-strength squad to choose from.

Sheffield United, meanwhile, will be delighted with the news.
How big a loss is Aubameyang for Arsenal?
Make no mistake about it, the loss of the Gabon international is a huge blow for the Gunners. He’s scored 14 times this season already in what has been, in the main, a poor campaign for Arsenal.
It will likely mean Alexander Lacazette will lead the line alone, with Mesut Ozil likely to play in behind the Frenchman.
Gabriel Martinelli might be another who benefits from Aubameyang being missing. The youngster has looked good so far this season and could well get his chance to shine against the Blades.

A boost for Chris Wilder
Chris Wilder will prepare all the same for the clash with the Gunners but with no Aubameyang available, it does make things that little bit easier.
Any team in the Premier League who loses their top scorer is going to struggle. Furthermore, a team like Arsenal, who are already struggling for top form, will miss him even more.
The Blades won the last clash between the teams at Bramall Lane. Aubameyang’s loss, then, further increases the chances of the Wilder’s men pulling off an unlikely double.
