Sheffield United take on Watford this weekend in what could prove to be the Blades’ biggest fixture of the season so far.

Coming off the back of two consecutive defeats – a rarity under Paul Heckingbottom – United know they must bounce back against a Watford side threatening to come back into serious form.

The Hornets arrive at Bramall Lane with a number of dangerous players. The likes of Ismaila Sarr, Joao Pedro, and Keinan Davis will all pose huge threats for the Blades defence.

Of course, United have their own threats as well. The main names such as Iliman Ndiaye, Sander Berge, and Oli McBurnie will all be key for the Blades this weekend.

However, looking at training, we might be seeing a couple of younger players in the squad again. In a video shared by United on YouTube of their Behind Training series, both Andre Brooks and Sai Sachdev can be seen taking part in the full session with the first-team.

Both have been included in squads this season and both been given debuts. Ahead of Watford, and with the squad possibly needing freshening up, it’s clear Brooks and Sachdev remain in Paul Heckingbottom’s thoughts.

Back in the gym, in what seemed like further good news, Will Osula was spotted doing some strength work as he works his way back to full training.

Sheffield United News View: Brooks and Sachdev likely to be left out

In the biggest game of the season so far, it would be a big surprise to see Heckingbottom throw in a couple of youngsters.

After essentially saying there is a clean bill of health in terms of players who have been available lately, both Brooks and Sachdev probably sit down the pecking order.

You do never know in football and Brooks has been praised this week by Chris Basham. But against a tough Watford side, we can expected Heckingbottom to go with his most experienced faces.
