Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder faces another couple of selection dilemmas for the visit of Newcastle United this evening.
A number of Blades stars, such as George Baldock, Enda Stevens, and Lys Mousset are thought to be struggling with injury, while the boss must also decide whether to make any other changes to the winning weekend team.
Newcastle are expected to have a number of players back themselves but such is the nature of their set up, they are likely to set up to frustrate United and look to use Callum Wilson’s pace on the break.
This could tempt Wilder into going more attacking from the outset, and it’s something we think the Blades gaffer might just go with, using David McGoldrick in the number ten role.

Mousset probably won’t make it, which means Oli Burke is likely to get the chance to build on his weekend goal. In midfield, we think Oli Norwood could be the one to make way for the slight change in shape, with Rhian Brewster getting the nod as the extra forward.
With that, here’s how we see (and would like) Sheffield United to line-up against Newcastle this evening.
