Having missed last weekend’s game with Manchester United, the Blades were sweating on the fitness of defender, John Egan. In that same game, striker Lys Mousset came off with a suspected hamstring injury.
However, manager Chris Wilder has confirmed that he has a fully fit squad to choose from this weekend. He has revealed that Mousset has indeed overcome that injury. Wilder has also said Egan will be indeed be included in the squad too.
Confirmed by Sheffield Star reporter James Shield, the news represents a massive boost for the Blades as they head to Molineux.

Wolves are currently fifth in the Premier League table. The Blades, on the other hand, sit just one place behind them and can leapfrog Nuno Santo’s men with a win.
United will also welcome back Dean Henderson into the fold. The on loan ‘keeper missed last week’s tie with Man United thanks to Premier League rules.
Just how big of a boost if this for Sheffield United?
In a word, it’s massive. Having your top scorer available is big news for any team in the Premier League. Crucially, Mousset is the ideal player to have in away games.

He’s already proven it with his goal at Everton and he caused all sorts of problems last week before being withdrawn with injury.
In terms of having Egan back fit, this is also a huge boost. Without pointing the finger at Phil Jagielka, Egan’s loss coincided with the Blades conceding three goals last weekend for the first time this season.
Wilder has confirmed that Egan did indeed miss out through the concussion protocol, not the suspected calf injury many of us thought it was.

The Irishman has been in superb form this season. Prior to the Manchester United game, the Blades had the second best defensive record in the league. Still, they have still kept five clean-sheets, something Egan has been key to.
With Wolves being such a tough away trip, receiving positive injury news is massive for the Blades.
