Sheffield United and Arsenal seem to have been mentioned together more than ever in the last few months, and Blades youngster Sydie Peck is just another reason to keep that going.
After a summer which saw Aaron Ramsdale eventually leave for the Gunners after months of negotiations, the Blades have become almost synonymous with Mikel Arteta’s side.
Ramsdale was just one player linked with Arsenal. But Sander Berge was also said to be of interest to them. Further, United also poached Will Lankshear from the Gunners. The young striker has since been a sensation at youth level for the Blades.
And now young midfielder Sydie Peck, is the latest name to connect our beloved Blades with the North Londoners.

Sydie Peck with moment of magic
Peck was said to be highly-rated at Arsenal when he signed for United after seeing his spell with the Gunners stunted by injury.
The teenager has been impressing, however, since being given the chance to shine in United’s academy. And this weekend, he did just that with a stunning strike for the under-18s against Bristol City.
As you can see, Peck nonchalantly curls the ball around the Bristol City wall and into the top corner. It’s a stunning strike, and while it’s just one example, it shows the quality he has in the locker.
After United poached the ever impressive Lankshear, it’s already looking like we’ve done more good business in getting Peck onboard.
And under the guidance of Jack Lester, Del Geary, and Paul Heckingbottom, Peck can look forward to prospering further at Shirecliffe.
