The 23-year-old Ivorian has impressed manager Darren Ferguson with the League One outfit, with Ferguson praising the impact of Dembele since moving to a more central striking position.
“The boy has been absolutely outstanding since realising he can play as a central striker. He destroyed Ipswich last weekend with a goal and two assists,” Ferguson said earlier this year. (Peterborough Telegraph)
