Sheffield United favourite, Brian Deane, has issued a rallying cry to the Blades players ahead of tonight’s game with Manchester Utd.
Chris Wilder’s men come up against Ole Gunner Solskjaer’s outfit looking for their first win at the 13th attempt this term.
And Deane, who famously scored the first ever Premier League goal against the Red Devils, took to his Twitter account to send a message of positivity to the Blades players, instructing them to ‘be brave’.

Deane’s message is one which will get a lot of United fans’ blood pumping.
Last year around the same time of year saw an electric game at Bramall Lane which finished 3-3, as Oli McBurnie netted a late equaliser against the Red Devils.
A result and performance, in particular, would be ideal for the Blades tonight.
Deane is right, it’s time for the players to step up
George Baldock said it in midweek, but the time has come now for this set of players to give something more back to Chris Wilder and repay the faith and management he has shown with them.
Deane’s message will resonate among Blades fans. Most won’t expect a win tonight but the limp performance at Southampton was unacceptable.
A good performance, even if we lose, is all that we can ask for tonight against a strong Manchester United team.
