Sheffield United travel to Tottenham today as they look to get a first Premier League win of the season on the board.
The Blades picked up their first point of the season when they drew 2-2 with Everton before the international break. However, a three points at some point would go a long way to increasing the confidence further in this Blades squad.
However, Paul Heckingbottom has a number of selection headaches, some enforced, and some thanks to new arrivals.
Sheffield United team news v Tottenham
Blades boss Heckingbottom knows he has some big decisions to make for the trip to Spurs.
New signing Luke Thomas is pushing to start after a decent cameo against Everton, although Yasser Larouci will be looking to get a chance with Max Lowe and Ben Osborn out injured.
In the back three, John Egan is a doubt from international duty, while George Baldock looks almost certain to miss the game after picking up a calf injury. Jayden Bogle, then, could start.
MORE UNITED STORIES

In midfield, Heckingbottom now faces a big call. With James McAtee now signed and Vini Souza bedding in nicely, it could mean club stalwart Ollie Norwood is dropped to the bench. Hecky, though, could well go with Norwood’s experience over McAtee.
Up top, Oli McBurnie and Cameron Archer are likely to start again after their fine display v Everton.
Predicted Sheffield United XI v Tottenham as big Norwood and McAtee calls made
We think that given it’s an away game, that Heckingbottom will opt to stick with the more solid looking Norwood and Souza in the middle. This will allow Gus Hamer to push on to support the front two without sacrificing defensive solidity.
Luke Thomas will also get the nod at left wing-back. Larouci will be disappointed, but right now, Thomas seems the more equipped to deal with Tottenham’s threat.
Here, then, is how we see Sheffield United lining up at Tottenham today.
