Sheffield United will be hoping they are playing their football back in the Premier League next season.
With 11 matches left to go, the Blades are currently third in the Championship table and two points behind second-placed Leeds United and the automatic promotion places.
Along with leaders Norwich City it looks set to be a three horse race for those two spots.
United have already shown this term they are among the best in England’s second tier. Only Norwich, West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa have scored more than their 59 league goals. Meanwhile, only Middlesbrough have conceded fewer than their 34 goals against.
However, while that stands them in good stead to go up to the top flight for the first time since 2007, it is the infrastructure at Bramall Lane that shows they are truly ready.

The Stoke Sentinel yesterday (March 7) released statistics on the average home attendances in the Championship in 2018/19. It should perhaps come as no surprise that Aston Villa top the table with an average attendance at Villa Park of 34,984.
Leeds are in second with the only other attendance over 30,000 at 32,936. Then comes Nottingham Forest (28,070), Derby County (26,567) and Norwich (25,825).
It goes to show just how strong the division is with many of these clubs not only having a top flight history, but a strong European history.
Then come the Blades with an average home attendance of 25,135. When comparing this to the attendances in the Premier League it becomes apparent why United are ready to return to the big time.
The Express have recently released stats on the average home attendances in the top tier of English football. The Blades’ is superior this campaign to six of the 20 clubs.
Bournemouth, Watford, Burnley, Huddersfield Town, Fulham and Crystal Palace all have inferior attendances to United. With the overall capacity at Bramall Lane standing at 32,702 it is ready to host Premier League football.
